Grace is central because it is by God’s grace that we’re even here. His grace allows us to see and display His glory. He has seen fit to redeem us by the blood of Jesus Christ and assemble his body of believers to exalt Him — the One whose death and resurrection gives us peace with God and the hope of heaven.
The “Bible” is primary at GBF because it is God’s special revelation of Himself to us. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and is the final authority for living the life God intends for us. We value expository proclamation and study of the entire word of God.
Grace and Bible define who we are, and Fellowship (or community) is the context in which we extend grace by loving one another in our day to day lives. We have a common partnership with the triune God and the mission for which we are entrusted. Together we grow in our understanding of the Bible, and we encourage one another to grow towards Christ likeness. Fellowship is the setting in which we equip one another to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ as disciples who disciple others.
